How do I return a purchase?
Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return the SoloGrip with in 10 days of receipt of product followed by a brief description as to why you were not satisfied with the SoloGrip.

Shipped Product Returns
If your SoloGrip is defective due to a manufacturing defect, immediately contact our customer service (See "Contact Us"). Please note that you will need the original invoice for a defective SoloGrip exchange.

If you are sending an e-mail, please provide the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Customer Name
3. Reason for return
4. Customer e-mail address

Billing Information
Your credit card statement will show the name SoloGrip LLC. for all purchases from this web site.
